šŸThe Season of Yin šŸ

As autumn unfolds, the energy shifts from Yang to Yin.

From outward expression… to inward reflection.

From doing… to simply being.

Nature herself models this way…

the trees releasing what no longer serves,

the earth softening, preparing for rest,

and the air whispering, ā€œIt’s time to turn inward.ā€

This is your invitation to do the same.

To honour the slowing.

To welcome stillness as sacred.

To journey within — back to the quiet truth that lives beneath the noise.

In Yin, we soften.

We surrender.

We allow healing to rise from deep within our roots.

This month I have been fortunate enough to recieve healing care from my wonderful contemporaries & lightworkers.

We focused on the need to go within and restore, yin. Boy, did I need it. Self care is something that we struggle to accept sometimes. Yet it is imperative!

Let this season be your permission to rest, release, and reconnect with your inner landscape.

The answers aren’t out there — they’re waiting for you, within.

I can help you to access this, all you need to do is ask.

Love is all you need, and a bit of yin.

All my love,
