So within, so without…

Do you keep repeating the same patterns in relationships? Friendships? In life?
How you view yourself,
and the parts of you that remain unhealed,
shape every relationship you encounter.
Not just romantically…
but friendships, family, clients, colleagues, even strangers.
Because we don’t meet people from who we truly are.
We meet them from the parts of us that are still protecting,
still hurting,
still trying to be seen, safe, or in control.
And beneath all of that…
is energy.
In Reiki, we understand that everything is energy.
Your thoughts.
Your emotions.
Your body.
Your past.
It all carries a frequency.
And that frequency doesn’t stay contained within you,
it moves.
It connects.
It communicates.
Because we are not separate from one another.
We are part of a wider energetic field…
constantly interacting, exchanging, responding.
So when you enter a relationship,
you are not just bringing your words or actions,
you are bringing your entire energetic imprint.
If you feel unworthy within,
that energy will be felt.
If you feel unsafe within,
that energy will be met.
If parts of you are still unhealed,
they don’t stay hidden…
they ripple outward,
calling in experiences that match their frequency.
Not as punishment…
but as resonance.
This is why the Reiki principles guide us back to self-responsibility and presence:
Just for today, do not worry.
Just for today, do not anger.
Be grateful.
Work honestly.
Be kind to every living thing.
These are not just words,
they are energetic anchors.
Ways of returning yourself to alignment,
so that what you hold within
becomes something steady, grounded, and true.
Because as you begin to soften, regulate, and heal your inner world…
your energy shifts.
And when your energy shifts,
what you attract, allow, and experience shifts too.
Your relationships begin to feel safer.
More honest.
More reciprocal.
Not because the world has changed overnight,
but because your frequency has.
So within… so without.
You are not separate from the life you experience
or the people you meet.
You are in constant conversation with it all.
And when you begin to tend to your energy with intention,
awareness, and care…
You don’t just heal yourself.
You change the field around you
